MOORESVILLE BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS MINUTES <br />WEDNESDAY, MAY 18, 1994 - 7:00 P.M. <br />MOORESVILLE TOWN HALL <br /> <br /> lhe Mooresville Board of Zoning Appeals met for' their <br />regular scheduled meeting on Wednesday, May 18, 1994 at <br />7:00 p.m. at the Mooresville Town Hall. <br /> <br /> Board members present were Don Barry, Vern <br />Alan Kramer', Charles MoGuire and Steve Oschman. <br />was the Board's attorney~ Tim Currens. <br /> <br />Kimmel, <br /> Also present <br /> <br /> Motion was made by Vern Kimmel, second by Alan Kramer <br />approve the minutes of the April 20~ 1994 Beard of Zonin9 <br />Appeals meeting. Motion passed 5 ~ O. <br /> <br />Ce <br /> <br /> The Board reviewed the Findings of Fact for the <br />Bible/Alexander petition. Motion was made by Vern Kimmel, <br />second by Alan Kramer to approve the Findings of Fact.. <br />Motion passed 5 - O. <br /> <br /> Mr'. Charles Eaton appeared before the Mooresville 8oard <br />of Zoning Appeals to request, a variance to have a tra~ler <br />moved on Lo his property on Bray Road until their home was <br />built. <br /> <br /> The Board advised Mr. Eaton that he would need to go to <br />the county for this request because fie was not in the Town of <br />idooresville's jurisdiction. <br /> <br /> f'here being no further business to come before the <br />Mooresville Board of Zoning Appeals at this time, motion to <br />adjourn was made by Ver'n Kimmel.
