MOORESVILLE BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS MINUTES <br /> WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER i5, i995 - 7:00 P.M. <br /> MOORESVILLE TOWN HALL <br /> <br /> The Mooresville Board of <br /> <br />regular scheduled meeting Wednesday, December <br />7:00 p.m. at the Mooresville Town Ball. <br /> <br /> Board members present were Steve Osohman, <br /> <br />Zoning Appeals met for their <br /> 15, 1995 at <br /> <br />Charles <br /> <br />McGuiFe, <br /> <br />present <br /> <br /> Motion to approve the November Mooresville <br /> <br />Zoning Appeals Minutes was made by Alan Kr'amer. <br /> <br />made by Charles McGuire. Motion passed 5 - O. <br /> <br /> Mr. Gary Canaday appeared before the Mooresville Board <br />of Zoning Appeals to represent Caperton Stafford Hopkins <br />Inc., Limited Liability Company with a request for a sign <br /> <br /> Vern Kimmel, Don Barry and Alan Kramer. Also <br /> <br />was the Board's attorney, Timothy C. Currens. <br /> <br /> Board of <br /> <br /> A second was <br /> <br />family retaurant to reduce the set <br /> <br />the Findings of Fact <br /> <br />to see that the <br /> <br />reduce set backs <br />second was made by <br /> <br />variance for the Perkins <br />backs from 60' to 22' <br /> <br /> The Board went over <br /> <br /> to <br />A second was made by Alan <br /> <br />request met specifications for approval. <br /> <br /> Motion to grant the sign variance to <br /> <br />from 60' to 22' was made by Don Barry. A <br /> <br />Charles McGuire. Motion passed 5 O. <br /> <br /> There being no further business to come before the <br />Mooresville Board of Zoning Appeals at this time, motion <br />adjourn was made by Vern Kimmel. <br /> <br />Kramer.
