MOORESVILLE BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS <br /> FINDINGS OF FACT <br /> <br /> The Mooresville Board of Zoning Appeals having reviewed the <br />variance request filed by the Robert E. Martin, Nora E. Martin, <br />James W. Martin, and Brenda Sue Branham concerning the width to <br />depth ratio on Lot 3 of the property off of Allison Road, now makes <br />the following findings of fact pursuant to I.C. 36-7-4-918.5: <br /> <br /> 1. That the approval of the variance will not be injurious to <br />the public health, safety, morals, and general welfare of the <br />community and that the variance does not create any public health <br />hazard or threat to the general welfare of the community. <br /> <br /> 2. That the use and value of the area adjacent to the <br />property included in the variance would not be affected in any <br />substantially adverse manner due to the size of the lots and the <br />location. <br /> <br /> 3.
