Motion passed 5 - O. <br /> <br /> Mr. Alton Becket of 450 Keller Hill Road appeared before <br />the Mooresville Board of Zoning Appeals with a request for a <br />sign variance for a sewing business at this address. <br /> <br />Mr'. Beck explained that this was just the "drop-off" and <br />"pick-up" for things that needed to be sewn. <br /> <br /> Mr. Clark and Mr. Kenworthy of Bingham Road once again <br />opposed to the petition for the sign variance explaining <br />that their property values would go down. <br /> <br /> The Board went over the Findings of Fact to see that <br /> the request for the sign variance at 450 Keller Hill Road <br /> met specifications for approval.
