MOORESVILLE BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS MINUTES <br /> WEDNESDAY, JULY 2i, 1995 7:00 P.M. <br /> MOORESVILLE TOWN HALL <br /> <br /> Fhe Mooresville Board of Zoning Appeals met for their <br />regular scheduled meeting on Wednesday, July 2i, i995 at <br />7:00 p.m. at the Mooresville Town Hall. <br /> <br /> Board members present were Steve Oschman, Vern Kimmel, <br />Alan Kramer, Charles MoGuire and Don Barry. Also present was <br />the Board's Attorney, Tim Currens. <br /> <br /> Motion to approve the minutes of the June meeting was <br /> <br />made by Charles McGuire. A <br />Motion passed 5 - O. <br /> <br /> Mr'. Donald T. Fischer, <br /> <br />second was made by Vern Kimmel. <br /> <br />DDS, appeared before the Moores- <br /> <br />ville Board of Zoning Appeals to <br />building set backs from <br />Street office. <br /> <br /> The Board members <br /> <br />request and motion was <br /> <br />to reduce building set <br /> <br />request a variance to reduce <br />4" at his 124 N. Indiana <br /> <br />reviewed and discussed Mr'. Fischer's <br />made by Don Barry to grant the request <br />backs from 12' to 7' 4". A second was <br /> <br />made by Alan Kramer. Motion passed 5 - O. <br /> <br /> Mr. Ross Holloway, Surveyer, appeared before the Moores- <br />ville Board of Zoning Appeals representing Mt". Jeff Endsley <br />with a request for a variance for width to depth ratio on <br />lots 5 and 4 of his minor plat. <br /> <br /> The Board reviewed and discussed Mr. Endsley's request <br />and motion was made to grant the variance by Vern Kimmel. A <br />second was made by Alan Kramer. Motion passed 5 - O. <br /> <br /> <br />
