MOORESVILLE BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS MINUTES <br />WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 20, 1993 - 7:00 p.m. <br />MOORESVILLE TOWN HALL <br /> <br /> The Mooresville Board of <br />scheduled meeting on Wednesday, <br />the Mooresville Town Hall. <br /> <br /> Board members present were <br /> <br />Zoning Appeals met for their regular <br />January 20, 1993 at 7:00 p.m. at <br /> <br />Charles McGuire, Steve Oschman, <br /> <br />Vern Kimmel, Alan Kramer and Don Barry. Also present was the <br />Board's attorney, Tim Currens. <br /> <br /> The board went over the Findings of Fact. <br /> <br /> Motion was made by Alan Kramer to approve the minutes for <br />the December 17, 1992 Board of Zoning Appeals meeting. A second <br />was made by Don Barry. Motion passed 5 0. <br /> <br /> Mr. Roger Caperton, Caperton Development Group, came before <br />the Mooresville Board of Zoning Appeals to request a variance <br />on Lot ~37, Roberson Woods. <br /> <br /> Mr. Caperton was 'advised to go...before the Mooresville Plan <br /> Commission for this~request by Zoning Board attorney Tim Currens. <br /> <br /> Mr. Caperton, Caperton Development Group, also came before <br />the Board of Zoning Appeals to request a variance for width to <br />depth ratio on lot numbers 34, 35, 36, 40, <br />II of Crafton Meadows, and lot numbers 98, <br />of Crafton Meadows. <br /> <br /> The Board reviewed and discussed Mr. Caperton's request for <br />width to depth ratio on the above request, <br /> <br />41 and 42 in section <br /> <br />99, 100 in section III, <br /> <br /> <br />
