Ail the notices had been sent <br />on this request. <br /> <br /> Motion was made by Alan Kramer to grant the width to depth <br />variance on lots 81, 84, 85, 86, 87, 88, 93 and 94, and to grant <br /> <br />the variance on the set back distance being reduced from 40, to 30' <br />on lot 82. A second was made by Don Barry. Motion passed unani- <br />mously. <br /> <br /> Attorney Ralph Foley and Mr. Ross Holloway came before the <br />Mooresville Board of Zoning Appeals to represent Environmental <br />Development Corporation with a request for a variance on property <br />located on State Road 144, 1.217 acres. Mr. Holloway explained <br />to the Board the Environmental Development wanted to have storage <br />facilities at this location. <br /> <br /> Mr. Holloway explained that 178 units would be available at <br />the storage facility. He also reported that an average of about <br />20 vehicles would be coming in and out of this area a day. <br /> <br /> Mr. Holloway passed out the proposed layout of the area <br /> <br />for the Board members to review. <br /> <br /> Mr. Norman Taylor, 920 $. Johnson Road, voiced his concerns <br />about having a storage facility business in this location because <br />the area was in a mostly residential area. <br /> <br /> Mr. Danny Camden, 909 S. Johnson Road, asked what the front <br />set back requirements were at the present time and the side set <br /> <br />backs. <br /> <br /> Mr. Holloway explained to Mr. Camden that the side set backs <br />are ten (10) feet, and the front set backs are forty (40) feet. <br /> <br /> Board member Alan Kramer pointed out his concerns about reducing <br /> <br />2 <br /> <br /> <br />
