5[OORESViLLE BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS MINUTES <br />Wednesday, April 15, 1992 - 7:00 p.m. <br />Mooresville Town Hall <br /> <br /> The Mooresville Board of Zoning Appeals met for their <br />regular scheduled meeting on Wednesday, April 15, 1992 at <br />7:00 p.m. at the Mooresville Town Hall. <br /> <br /> Board members present were Charles McGuire, Vern Kimmel, <br />Alan Kramer, Don Barry and Steve Oschman. Also present was the <br />Board's attorney, Timothy C. Currens. <br /> <br /> Motion to approve the March 18, 1992 minutes was made by <br />Alan Kramer. A second was made by Steve Oschman. Motion passed <br />5 - 0. <br /> <br /> Reverend Phil Meyers came before the Mooresville Board of <br />Zoning Appeals to request a variance to build a parsonage at <br />825 N. Indiana Street on the same property as the existing <br />Nazarene Church. <br /> <br /> The Board members reviewed a plot drawing and blue prints <br />of the home which Mr. Meyers had brought before them. The Board <br />also went over the Findings of Fact. <br /> <br /> Motion was made by Alan Kramer to grant the request for a <br />variance at 825 N. Indiana St. A second was made by Don Barry. <br />Motion passed 5 0. <br /> <br /> Motion was made by Steve Oschman to adjourn. A second was <br />made by Alan Kramer. Motion passed 5 0. <br /> <br /> The next regular scheduled meeting of the Mooresville Board <br /> of Zoning Appeals is scheduled for Wednesday, May 20, 1992 at <br /> 7:00 p.m. at the Mooresville Town Hall. <br /> <br /> <br />
