MOORESVILLE BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS

FINDINGS OF FACT

Mooresville Board of Zoning Appeals having reviewed the

application for a variance to allow more than two principal

structures on the same parcel of ground filed by the Board of

Trustees of the Church of the Nazarene, Mooresville, Indiana at

the meeting held April 15, 1992, on the real property containing

2.6783 acres recorded in Plat Book 179 Pages 483-486 in the

Recorder's Office of Morgan County, Indiana, the Board now finds

pursuant to I.C. 36-7-4-918.5:

1. That the approval of the variance will not be injurious
to the public health, safety, mora~s, and general welfare of
the community due to the fact that said ground contains
2.6783 acres and has sufficient size for the additional
residential use to be added to it.

2. That the use and value of the area adjacent to the
property included in the variance will not be affected in a
substantially adverse manner due to the proposed structure,
residential use, being allowed in this district and being
compatible with the adjoining ground.

a

3. That the strict application of the terms of the zoning
ordinance would result in practical difficulties in the use
of the ground and the appropriate development of the
remaining portion of said ground.

~rn K k y

MOORESVILLE BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS
/Charles McGuire', ChAirman

Dated:

This instrument prepared by Timothy C.
