The other requirements of <br />being on septic, well and tied down would apply. <br /> <br /> Mr. Honeycutt replied that he met all of these <br />requirements. Tim suggested the wording for the motion to <br />be made would be to allow for the 720 square foot mobile <br />home and to allow the application for a building permit <br />with the understanding that the mobile home would be removed <br />at that point because there could be only one primary <br />structure occupied. <br /> <br /> Mr. Honeycutt questioned if this mobile home had to be <br />removed and Tim replied that it would. <br /> <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br /> Tim further indicated that it will be stated that the <br />trailer would be removed within thirty (30) days after the <br />completion of the home. <br /> <br /> There being no further business to come before the <br />Board, a motion was made by Don Barry to adjourn.
