Taylor advised the council Carter Lee had not gotten the appropriate information in on time for their <br />tax abatement far 2006 and 2007. <br />A motion was made by Councilman Clark with a second by Councilman Cook to approve Resolution 1, <br />2008 to approve intent to grant abatement for 2007 only for L N Real Estate, LLC. (Carter Lee): Motion <br />Carried 5-0. <br />Animal Control Officer, Mark Taylor, reported eighteen (18) calla, five (5) impounds, and. three (3) returns. <br />A motion was made by Councilman Clark and a second by Councilman Cook to approve payment of the <br />claims. Motion carried 5-0. <br />There being no further business to come before the council at this time, a motion was made by Councilman <br />Goodwin with a second by Councilman Langley to adjourn the meeting. Motion carried 5-U. <br />The next meeting of the Mooresville Town Council will be on Tuesday, January 15, 6:30 P. Clark, Jeff Cook, Ryan <br />Goodwin and Anthony Langley.
