MOORESVILLE BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS <br /> FINDINGS OF FACT <br /> <br /> The Mooresville Board of Zoning Appeals having heard evidence <br />concerning the request for a variance from the development <br />standards pursuant to Indiana Code 36-7-4-918.5 now finds the <br />following: <br /> <br /> ~. That the approval of the variance from development <br />standards tc allow more than one principal use upon the real <br />property of the Mooresville Friends Church would not be injurious <br />to the public health, safety, morals and general welfare of the <br />community in that the residential use is consistent with the <br />neighborhood and master land use plan. <br /> <br /> 2. That the use and value of the area adjacent to the <br />property included in the variance would not be affected in a <br />substantially adverse manner since the use is consistent with the <br />surrounding area and the master land use plan and would, in fact, <br />enhance the values by using ground that is currently vacant. <br /> <br /> 3.
