1. That the approval of the variances including more than
one primary structure on the lot, a variance from the minimum lot
area from 12,500 to 8,383 and from the 2:1 lot width ratio would
not be injurious to the public health, safety, morals and general
welfare of the community due to the area this is located in and
the adjoining uses.

2. That the use and value of the area adjacent to the
property included in the variance would not be affected in a
substantially adverse manner due to any of the three variances
requested since the use is compatible and buffered properly.

3. That strict applications to the terms of the zoning
ordinance would result in practical difficulties in the use of the
property for all three variance requests since the shape of the
property is rather long and narrow and the back side of the
property could not be properly used with any compatible use.

A motion was then made to grant the three variances by Robert
Tucker, which was seconded by Alan Kramer and passed by a vote of
five in favor and zero opposed.

Don Barry then stated that he had received a request for a
special meeting by Anthony and Mary Colliluori. After a
discussion, the Board agreed to have the attorney present to

continue the meeting till the September 19th meeting so no
additional notices would have to come out.

Don Robinson also had some questions concerning his property
southwest of town. The questions were addressed, and he was also
advised of the Plan Commission meeting date. There being no

-2-
