1026 After much discussion a motion was made by Councilman Mathis with a second by Councilman Cook to buy three police cars at the Chief's discretion of which cars to :replace and purchase with CCD monies. Motion carried 5-0. Next on the agenda was Ross Holloway with a Reed& Sons pay request for$227,585.42 for the Merriman Road project. Councilman Mathis said there was around$23,000 of escrow money left from the first pay request, so that would leave a balance to be paid from Food and Beverage. Motion to approve payment was made by Councilman Mathis with a second by Councilman Langley. Motion carried 5-0. Legal: Motion was made by Councilwoman Perry with a second by Councilman Cook to approve the first reading of Ordinance 45, 2012. Motion carried 5-0. A motion to approve Ordinance 45, 2012 was made by Councilwoman Perry with a second by Councilman Cook. Motion carried 5-0.
