a <br /> There being no objections from the floor, Mr. Mike Young, second by Mr.Alan Kramer, <br /> made a motion to grant a variance to Casey's General Store, located at State Road 144 <br /> and Springmill Road, for the sign setback from 40 feet to zero feet and the canopy <br /> setback to ten feet, with a letter from Casey's General Store stating that if any repair <br /> needed to be made in the easement that the removal and replacement of the sign will be <br /> done at their expense.
