Said voluntary conditions are as follows- <br /> 1. The property WILL NOT be used as an "Impound Lot" or as a "Towing Service" <br /> storage lot. <br /> 2. On average only five (5) vehicles will be stored outside at any one time awaiting <br /> repair. However, there will be periods, up to three (3) days, when there will be <br /> additional vehicles outside awaiting repair. We would like to make an agreement <br /> with the Board on a maximum number of vehicles that can be stored outside at <br /> any one time. <br /> 3. All vehicles stored outside will be within an area that is enclosed with a six (6) <br /> foot screened chain-link fence. <br /> 4.
