6 MOORESVILLE BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS <br /> FINDINGS OF FACT <br /> FOR VARIANCE OF USE <br /> Pursuant to IC 36-7-4-918.4 the Mooresville Board of Zoning Appeals having heard the <br /> variance filed by I J., <br /> requesting the following use <br /> now makes the following Finding of Fact pursuant to 1C 36-7-4-918"4: <br /> 1. The approval will not be injurious to the public health, safety, morals, and general <br /> welfare of the community due to the following: , <br /> 62 o <br /> 2. The use and value of the area adjacent to the property included in the variance will not <br /> be affected in a substantially adverse manner due to the following:—., ;_u,; ,, ., � <br /> 3. The need for the variance arises from some condition eculiar to the property involved, <br /> • namely:_ rs <br /> 4. The strict application of the terms of the Zoning Ordinance will constitute an <br /> unnecessary hardshi if applied to the roperty for which the variance is sought; nam <br /> e <br /> 5.
