MOORESVILLE BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS <br /> FINDINGS OF FACT <br /> FOR VARIANCE FROM DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS <br /> Pursuant to IC 36-7-4-918 . 5 the Mooresville Board of Zoning <br /> Appeals having heard the variance filed by Marvin Cable, Family <br /> Video Movie Club, 5 E. Harrison St . requesting the following <br /> variance from development standards: set backs from 20' to 11 . 5' <br /> square footage from 5, 000 to 6, 160 and signage with conditions <br /> that there will be no adult videos and the sign will be located <br /> near the center of the lot in the tenth (10th) parking spot facing <br /> Indiana St . counting from the North, now makes the following <br /> Finding of Fact pursuant to IC 36-7-4-918 . 5: <br /> 1 . The approval will not be injurious to the public <br /> health, safety, morals, and general welfare of the community for <br /> the following reasons : this has been used for commercial purposes <br /> and none of the variances will impact the adjoining owners . <br /> 2 . The use and value of the area adjacent to the property <br /> included in the variance will not be affected in a substantially <br /> adverse manner, for the reasons that : this is a commercial area <br /> and should have no impact. <br /> 3 .
