MOORESVILLE BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS <br /> Oz MINUTES <br /> March 9, 2006 <br /> The Mooresville board of Zoning Appeals met on Thursday, March 9, 2006 at 6:00 P.M. <br /> at the Mooresville Town Hall. <br /> Members present: Jon Swisher, Alan Kramer and Don Barry. Absent were Mike Young <br /> and Charles McGuire. Tim Currens, Town Attorney, was present. <br /> Motion to approve the minutes for the February 9, 2006 meeting was made by Don <br /> Barry, second by Alan Kramer. Motion carried 3-0. <br /> Ross Holloway, Holloway Engineering, representing Bill Sodrel, asked for a continuance <br /> for the variance for setback for front and rear lines at Old St. Road. 67 and Eastwood Dr. <br /> until April 13, 2006. <br /> Motion for a continuance for the variance for Bill Sodrel for setbacks at Old St. Rd. 67 <br /> and Eastwood Dr. was made by Don Barry, second by Alan Kramer. Motion carried 3- <br /> 0. <br /> There being no further business to come before the Board of Zoning Appeals a motion to <br /> adjourn was made by Alan Kramer, second by Don Barry. Motion carried 3-0. <br /> The next meeting of the Mooresville Board of Zoning Appeals is April 13, 2006 at 6:00 <br /> P.M. at the Mooresville Town Hall. <br /> Chairman <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Secretary <br />
