BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS <br /> JULY 08, 2010 <br /> The Mooresville Board of Zoning Appeals met on Thursday July 8, 2010 at 6:00 p.m. at <br /> the Mooresville Town Center. The meeting was called to order by Chairman Allman at <br /> 6:02 p. m. <br /> Members present were Chairman Neal Allman, members Ann Whaley and Mike Young. <br /> Members Alan Kramer and Rich Prather were absent as well as well a Town Attorney <br /> Tim Currens. <br /> At this time Chairman Allman asked for any questions or correction on the June 10, 2010 <br /> minutes, with no questions or corrections a motion from the board a motion was made to <br /> except these minutes by Mike Young, the second came from Ann Whaley the motion <br /> carried 3-0 with none oppesed. <br /> Jim Clark of Brickyard Motors came to the board asking for a Special Exception at 370 S <br /> Indiana Street at the Village Station, for current B-3 zoning to allow used car sales. This <br /> Special Exception has been approved by the Plan Commission and sent to the BZA. Mr. <br /> Clark explained that he has been in the business for 16 years of buying, detailing and <br /> selling cars, and is looking forward to this location. <br /> • Chairman Allman asked for question from the floor or the board, with no questions from <br /> either, a motion came from Mike Young, seconded by Ann Whaley to grant the Special <br /> Exception with any stipulations from the Plan Commision. The vote was 3-0 with none <br /> opposed. <br /> With no other business a motion was made by Ann Whaley, seconded by Mike Young <br /> and was passed 3-0 with none opposed. <br /> - Ci, 4 <br /> Ch irman: <br /> Secretary: <br /> The next meeting of the Board of Zoning is Augustl2, 2010 <br />
