• MOORESVILLE PLAN COMMISSION MINUTES THURSDAY, February 23,2006 The Moorsville Plan Commission met on Thursday, February 23, 2006 6 p.m_at the Mooresville Town Hall. Commissioners present were; Chairman Mike Young, Darrell Brown, James Logan, Charles Berwick, John Ehrhart, Charles McGuire and Robert Corbin. Town Attorney, Tim Currens was also present. Commissioners, Troy Bryant and Robert Williamson were Absent. A motion was made by Commissioner Ehrhart and seconded by Commissioner Berwick to approve the Minutes of the January 26,2006. The motion carried 6-0 with none opposed. The first item on the agenda was the return of Hopkins PUD on Bridge Street for a 4 Lot. Ross Holloway explained, that the access road would be 20 foot wide, asphalt with a 8 in. gravel base.lot 3 would be the only one accessed from Bridge Street. Motion to approve the Hopkins Bridge Street 4 lot PUD as presented was made by, Commissioner Brown and seconded by Commissioner Corbin. The motion carried 5-1 to approve the PUD. • Mr. Holloway ask for a continuance of the White Lick Business Suites and Pebble Plaza PUD. Commissioner Ehrhart motioned to grant the continuance, motion seconded by Commissioner Berwick. The motion carried 6-0. No notices need be sent. Chairman Mike Young excused himself from the board for the next item coming before the board which was, Ray Young 4 Lot Minor Plat on Landersdale Road. Mr. Holloway prestented the PUD. The soil reports on both lots 2 &4 are suitable for septic, lots 1&3 are exsisting lots with septic in place. Lot 4 would get a drive way permit off of Linda Lane. Drainage problems were brought up on Linda Lane. Mr. Holloway explained that lot 4 would have 2 foot wide drainage ditching, which should correct the problem. With no further questions a motion was made by Commissioner Ehrhart to approve the PUD with the correction of the drainage for Linda Lane, the motion was seconded by Commissioner McGuire. Motion carried 5-0 with none opposed. Joe Beikman reported 28 permits and 58 inspections for the past month. With no further business, a motion to adjourn came from Commissioner Brown and seconded by Commissioner Berwick,motion carried 6-0. The next meeting of the Mooresville Plan Commission will be March 23, 2006 at the Mooresville Town Hall.
