Mr. Holloway said that a drainage plan and drainage
calculations report was sent to the County. He also explained that Morgan Co. hires a
consultant firm from Indianapolis. The review consist of pre-developed water sheds, what
those run offs characterize, the flows generated from them, what the post development
water sheds are, where that run off goes and what the discharge will be. All requirements
were met and The Orchard Store wants to help the situation. The Orchard Store is
willing to put a 6 inch tile to the front to the ditch along St. Rd. 42,this would take most
of flow to the front. After answering a few questions Mr. Holloway said that this should
be good up to a 5 or 10 year event. Jennifer Hunt said that they felt that if they consulted
before the project that their concerns could have been heard at that time. She also said
that they are frustrated. Chairman Youn asked if they were willing to let them come
onto their property to let the tile to been.. they both Mrs. Tomlinson and Mrs. Hunt said '
that no they are not. Chairman Young also asked if they were notified before, this ro'ec „,„• °'
was strt,,ed, they both said that yes they were. After more discussionnui irbers to County
offices' t ?ittact
Ross Holloway came to the Commission with a Final Plat for Bridgemor Village LLC.
This is for approval only for the construction of the Condominiums that have been
approved. The plat and zoning have been approved. Building 9 is a four unit
condominium and Building 11 is a single unit. condominium. Commissioner Brown
asked if there had been any changes to lots or roads, Mr. Holloway said no not at this
time, but later on there may be. Commissioner Brown motioned to approve this Final Plat
with the second coming from Commissioner Berwick the motion carried 7-0 with none
opposed.
At this time there was an open discussion commissioner wanted to clarify the dates for
filings, and tech meetings. It was decided that we are covered in this area and that are
very user friendly. It is in all of the filings packets that they are to be filed 20 days prior
to the public hearing.
At this time Ross Holloway asked to discussion the Wittenbach property(Kreswick
Subdivision.) at Bethel Church Rd and Keys Rd. Holloway said that they did not want to
write a letter requesting that the 2 acre plats by voided, this was an options that they were
given. After some discussion, Mr. Holloway will get together plans for they propose and
work out some phasing and it was decided the Joe Beikman will go out to the property
and access the amount of bonding for this phase. Chairman Young asked if the two acre
plats had been filed, Mr. Holloway said no that the one acre plats were but not the two
acre,he also said that there is no time limit on the recording.
