4 <br /> S <br /> Mooresville Plan Commission <br /> MINUTES <br /> Thursday June 28th, 2012 <br /> The Mooresville Plan Commission met in regular session, <br /> Thursday June 28th, 2012 at 6:00pm in the Mooresville <br /> Government Center. <br /> Members present were: Perry King, Jeff Dieterlen, Ann Whaley, <br /> Darrel Brown and Brian Anderson as well as town attorney Tim <br /> Currens. <br /> Ann Whaley called the meeting to order. Darrel Brown made a <br /> • motion to pass the minutes from the previous meeting, Jeff <br /> Dieterlen seconded the motion, minutes approved unanimously. A <br /> representative of Holloway Engineering presented two single <br /> family dwelling plans for final approval in Bridgemor Village. <br /> Locations and directions were given, it was explained to the <br /> commission that no changes to the original plans had been <br /> changed. Ann Whaley opened the floor to questions from the board <br /> and the audience, there were no questions. Darrel Brown made a <br /> motion, Brian Anderson seconded lot 19 and 35 in Bridgemor were <br /> passed. Holloway Engineering also presented lot 26 in Roberson <br /> woods for an easement adjustment. Roberson woods was originally <br /> presented to the Plan Commission in 1992, the Commision then <br /> approved the request, with no further action taken the easement <br /> adjustment was never filed. There has since been a house built on <br /> the property and is currently for sale. Jeff Dieterlen questioned <br /> drainage and utility issues, Holloway stated there were none then <br /> • when the original request was made and have been none since the <br /> then. Dennis Nail, the building inspector, has visited the property <br />
