Mooresville Plan Commission <br /> Minutes <br /> Thursday December, 13th 2012 <br /> Members Present: Mike Young, Darrell Brown, Bill Colbert, Beverly Viles, Perry <br /> King and town attorney Tim Currens. Mike Young called the meeting to order. <br /> First item on the agenda is approval of minutes from both meetings; June and <br /> August 2012, a motion was made, seconded and passed unanimously. Second item <br /> on the agenda is Holloway for Bridgestone Dr. John Larrison spoke on behalf of <br /> Holloway, he stated that Holloway was requesting a continuance on one item filed <br /> for this evenings meeting. Darrell Brown made the motion, Beverly Viles seconded <br /> and continuance passed. Mr. Larrison continued speaking regarding the PUD's for <br /> Bridgestone and the additional buildings in the NE cul de sac, the floor was opened <br /> for questions, none were asked and a motion was made to accept both PUD's, <br /> Perry King seconded the motion, motion was carried on both Bridgestone PUD's. <br /> Next item is a Minor Plat on Milkhouse Ln, division of 25 acres, the family owns <br /> +/- 75 acres and the 25 will be split 7 and 19 approximately, one portion will have <br /> a house. By request of Dennis Nail, septic easements were added and soil tests <br /> done. Beverly Viles questioned family ownership, Tim Currens reminded the <br /> commission members that ownership was not in questions or of concern. A two <br /> step process was requested to divide the 25 acres off, the divide it into the two. <br /> Motion was made, seconded and approved. Next item on the agenda is a Re Plat on <br /> Stete Road 144 for James Cottingim. A Re Plat of approximately 12 acres, <br /> previously Holloway platted it in the 1990's as 4 plats, Holloway is requesting now <br /> on behalf of the family that it return to two, a mobile home has been removed and <br /> future plans for a garge on that site are being considered. The floor was opened for <br /> questions, clarification was given that it currently has two homes and the one <br /> additional foundation. The motion was made, seconded and passed. Holloway <br /> presented a Minor Plat for Jeff Allen on Greencastle Rd, the Jessup Farm, Jeff <br /> Allen is purchasing the historical farm house and approximately nine acres, the <br /> purposed property split does not include any new homes at this time, the 3200 foot <br /> driveway is included in the plans and visible in the aerial view provided.
