Mooresville Plan Commission <br /> MINUTES <br /> Thursday April 26th, 2012, 6:00pm <br /> Mooresville Government Center <br /> The Mooresville Plan Commission met in regular session on Thursday April <br /> 26th, 2012 at 6:00pm in the Mooresville Government Center. <br /> Members present were: Bill Colbert, Darrell Brown, Ann Whaley, Mike <br /> Young, Jeff Dieterlen, as well as attorney Tim Currens. Beverly Viles, Perry <br /> King, and Brian Anderson were absent, there remains one open seat. <br /> The board introduced themselves to Dennis Nail, the new building inspector. <br /> Mike Young called the meeting to order as a quorum was present. Mike <br /> • Young requested a motion be made to pass the previous meetings minutes, <br /> Jeff Dieterlen made the motion, it was seconded and passed unanimously. <br /> Mike Young proposed moving the reorganization to the end of the meeting, <br /> without a vote the board agreed. First order of business was the Brooklyn <br /> Church of God, division of property. Holloway Engineering addressed the <br /> board as to the current sewer, septic and utilities to each the church and <br /> home, he did inform the board as to the stipulation made by the BZA <br /> regarding the current septic and hooking into city sewer if need be. <br /> Holloway did point out a minor change to the plat as previously filed. Mike <br /> Young opened the floor to question by the board and or the audience. Darrell <br /> Brown did ask for clarifications on the property lines. Ann Whaley <br /> questioned current sewage, Tim Currens stated that was addressed at the <br /> BZA. A motion by Ann Whaley to pass the request was made, the motion <br /> seconded by Darrell Brown, the board passed the church property division <br /> unanimously. The second order of business was the the Bridgemor Village <br /> amended PUD request for 3 properties. Holloway distributed plans for the <br /> board to review, Mike Young asked for any questions from the Board or <br /> Dennis (the audience). Dennis expressed concern for the property line @ <br /> 563 Bridgestone Dr, how close was this property line to an existing structure <br /> and a near pond? Holloway Eng explained there was 140 feet between, plus <br /> common area near by for construction vehicles and such to pass by, this <br /> would also be plenty of space to clear the near by pond.
