ORDINANCE NO. <br /> BEFORE THE TOWN COUNCIL OF MOORESVILLE, INDIANA <br /> UPON THE APPLICATION OF: Keith A. Hall and Mary C. Hall; and Dodds Masonry <br /> ralia Construction Co., Inc. <br /> AN ORDINANCE REZONING LAND WITHIN <br /> THE JURISDICTION OF THE TOWN OF MOORESVILLE, INDIANA <br /> WHEREAS, a public hearing was held the 27thth day of February, 2003, with <br /> notice given as required by the Town Zoning Ordinance upon the application of Keith A. <br /> Hall and Mary C. Hall, and Dodds Masonry Construction Co., Inc., for the rezoning of the <br /> real property described on the attached EXHIBIT 'A'. <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Indiana Code 36-7-4 the Mooresville Plan Commission <br /> made a favorable recommendation to the Mooresville Town Council for said rezoning <br /> request from Agricultural (AG) district to Planned Unit Development Residential (PUD-R) <br /> the development plan of which is shown on attached EXHIBIT 'By. <br /> NOW WHEREAS, the Mooresville Town Council, after diligent review of the <br /> matters pertaining to rezoning of the above described land at a public meeting held on the <br /> 18th <br /> day of March, 2003 find that the requested zoning classification is appropriate. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED that the zoning classification of <br /> Planned Unit Development Residential (PUD-R) shall hereinafter apply to the above <br /> described real property and the Zoning Ordinance of Mooresville, Indiana shall be <br /> amended to show and reflect said zoning for the real property described above effective <br /> as of the execution of this Ordinance. <br /> Dated: /1�'`� <br /> Toby Dol , President <br /> Mooresville Town Council <br /> Attest: <br /> S.ndra Perry, Clerk-Treasury <br /> This instrument prepared by: James Dodd, Dodd Masonry Construction Co., Inc.
