ORDINANCE 11, 2003 <br /> AN ORDINANCE FIXING THE COMPENSATION OF <br /> ELECTED OFFICIALS, OFFICERS, BOARD AND COMMISSION <br /> IIPMEMBERS AND EMPLOYEES OF THE TOWN OF MOORESVILLE <br /> BE IT HEREBY ORDAINED by the Town Council of the Town of <br /> Mooresville, Morgan County, Indiana, that the compensation for <br /> its elected officials, officers, Board and Commission members and <br /> employees for the pay periods for 2004 shall be as follows : <br /> SECTION I . MOORESVILLE POLICE DEPARTMENT <br /> Paid from General Fund Salary and/or Rate of Pay <br /> (to be paid in bi-weekly <br /> increments) <br /> Police Chief $44, 678 . 00 <br /> Captain 39, 000 . 00 <br /> Lieutenant 3 34, 500 . 00 <br /> Sergeant 3 32, 900 . 00 <br /> Patrolman 31, 450 . 00 <br /> Probationary Patrolman 30, 450 . 00 <br /> Narcotic & Juvenile Detective 1 31, 965 . 00 <br /> 500 . 00 additional pay <br /> for officer named as a Second Detective <br /> Communications Officers 28, 170 . 00 <br /> 0 . 00 per hour <br /> Part-Time Communications Officers 16. 00 per hour <br /> Dispatchers in training 06 . 00 <br /> 28, 550 . 00 <br /> Technical Coordinator 29, <br /> Admin. Comm. Officer 28 , 550 . 00 <br /> Police Office Clerk 25 . 00 for each meeting <br /> Police Commission Board Members attended <br /> Police Officers clothing allowance 500 . 00 per year <br /> per officer <br /> The Police Chief, as Administrative Executive of the Department, <br /> shall not be entitled to overtime but instead shall receive time <br /> off at the rate of 142 to 1, for every hour in excess of 40 hours <br /> worked he shall receive 111 hours time off for compensation. The <br /> Police Chief shall have the benefit of 11% of his yearly salary <br /> paid by the Town to PERF. The office of Captain, as an Assistant <br /> 410 Administrative Officer, shall not be entitled to overtime but <br /> instead shall receive time off at the rate of 1'- to 1, for every <br /> hour in excess of 40 hours worked he shall receive 1' hours off <br /> for compensation. <br />
