The Fire Chief, as Administrative Executive of the Department, <br /> 011Pshall not be entitled to overtime but instead shall receive time <br /> off at the rate of 1' to 1, for every hour in excess of 40 hours <br /> worked he shall receive 1' hours time off for compensation. <br /> All other Firefighters shall receive overtime as set out in the <br /> Fair Labor Standards Act based on a work period of either 7 or 28 <br /> consecutive days with the overtime computed as allowable by the <br /> Fair Labor Standards Act for the said work period, and shall <br /> receive time off at the rate of 11.5 to 1, for every hour in excess <br /> of the determined regular number of hours set for the Fair Labor <br /> Standards Act for the work period they shall receive 1 hours off <br /> for compensation with not more than 480 hours of accrued comp <br /> time to accumulate before being required to use the comp time as <br /> scheduling allows . <br /> All Firefighters shall receive as a benefit paid by the Town for <br /> the 1977 Pension Plan 21% of their salary. <br /> SECTION III . ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT OFFICE <br /> Paid From General Fund & WWTP <br /> EDC Director <br /> Salary and/or Rate of Pay <br /> (to be paid in bi-weekly <br /> increments) <br /> $43, 170 . 00 General <br /> 12, 300 . 00 WWTP <br /> Paid From General Fund <br /> EDC Administrative Assistant 28, 900 . 00 <br /> No overtime shall be paid to the Economic Development Director <br /> who, as a supervisor, is exempt from overtime under the Fair <br /> Labor Standards Act . <br /> SECTION IV. TOWN COURT <br /> Paid from General Fund <br /> Town Judge <br /> Salary and/or Rate of Pay <br /> (to be paid in bi-weekly <br /> increments) <br /> $38, 055 . 00 no longevity <br /> Court Administrative Clerk 22, 870 . 00 <br /> Court Part-Time Administrative 12 . 64 per hour <br /> Assistant Clerk <br /> 0 <br />
