B. One Hundred Fifty Dollars ($150. 00) per hour <br /> for all other services rendered for Client . <br /> C. Client agrees to bear all filing fees <br /> expenses and court costs, cost of any <br /> depositions, cost of obtaining the attendance <br /> of witnesses, the printing of briefs and <br /> other necessary expenses of litigation. <br /> D. Attorney shall bill the Client monthly for <br /> all services rendered by furnishing an <br /> itemized statement of services for approval <br /> by the Town Council with payment to be made <br /> by Client through its normal course of <br /> business . <br /> E. Attorney shall handle bond issues (including loan <br /> indebtedness) of the Town on a percentage basis, that <br /> being one percent (1%) of the total bond issue. The <br /> Town will not be billed hourly for any of the services <br /> pertaining to said bond issue and the attorney fees <br /> shall be contingent upon the sale of the bond issue. <br /> This shall include all bonds of the Civil Town of <br /> Mooresville, Fire Department, Park Department, <br /> Industrial Revenue Bonds of the Economic Development <br /> Commission, Hospital Authority, Redevelopment <br /> Commission and Loan Indebtedness of the same. <br /> SECTION VI. UTILITY DEPARTMENT <br /> Paid from General Fund Salary and/or Rate of Pay <br /> (to be paid in bi-weekly <br /> increments) <br /> Utility Dept. Supervisor $35, 320 . 00 <br /> Utility Dept . Employees 25, 320 . 00 <br /> Probationary Utility Employees 22, 500 . 00 <br /> Shall be paid a salary based on $22, 500 . 00 for the first six <br /> months and thereafter based on an annual salary of $25, 320 . 00 <br /> Part-Time Utility Workers 10 . 00 per hour <br /> Full-Time employees of the Utility Department shall receive as a <br /> benefit 11% of the employee' s salary paid by the Town to PERF. <br /> I <br />
