t intersection shall be prohibited on the East side of Indiana Street at all times and this area shall be established as a "no parking zone"; further that there shall be no parking on Indiana • Street from its intersection with Carlisle Street to the intersection with County Line Road on the West side of Indiana Street and this area shall be established as a "no parking zone" . Section II . The Mooresville Street Department shall post this area of Indiana Street on both the East side and West side as set out in Section I as no parking zone" . Section III . Be it further ordained by the Town Council for the Civil Town of Mooresville that the Mooresville Police Department is authorized to tow away or remove and tow away by a commercial towing service any motor vehicle violating this Ordinance in the above designated area on the Town of Mooresville right-of-way of Indiana Street as set out in Section I . Any such vehicle towed for violation of the provisions of this Ordinance shall be towed to a place of safe storage and shall not be returned to the owner of such motor vehicle until such time as the owner pays a reasonable commercial towing charge, any storage expense and, in addition thereto, said owner of the vehicle pays a fine that shall be assessed for the parking violation as provided in Section IV of this Ordinance . Section IV. Violation of this Ordinance is hereby declared to be punishable by a fine of Twenty-Five Dollars ($25 . 00) along • with Court costs through the Mooresville Town Court . Section V. This Ordinance shall become effective upon the date of passage and first publication.
