BEFORE THE MOORESVILLE TOWN COUNCIL: <br /> ORDINANCE NO.: " 2--d P <br /> • AN ORDINANCE REZONING CERTAIN LAND UPO TH <br /> HE APPLICATION OF <br /> KAREN BAIN KEVIN KIRKPATRICK DEAN HI <br /> FROM RESIDENTIAL TO BUSINESS 3 <br /> WHEREAS, Indiana Code 36-7-4thescoun es of the State of Indiana; and, <br /> Advisory Plan Commissions throughout <br /> 9 WHEREAS, The Town of Mooresville has previously adopted its zoning <br /> ordinance providing for the Mooresville Plan Commission acting in an advisory <br /> capacity to hear and recommend zoning classifications for various districts with in <br /> the jurisdiction of Mooresville; and, <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to said authority, the Mooresville Plan Commission <br /> did, on the 14th day of December, 2006, pursuant to due notice a <br /> K laatrick, <br /> required, hold a hearing upon the application of Karen Bain, <br /> Dean Hicks and Lori Davis-Smith, who requested a change in zoning from <br /> Residential to B-3, and a hearing was held and said Plan Commission did <br /> recommend said rezoning, <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED Town of Mooresville shall be amended <br /> the Mooresville and the zoning map of th <br /> so as to change the classification of zoning from Residential to B-3 for the <br /> following described real estate: <br /> LEGAL DESCRIPTION: See attached exhibit"A" <br /> This property is commonly known as 13965 North State Road 67, <br /> Camby, Indiana. <br /> That this ordinance was duly adopted and is effective immediately after its <br /> passage. <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Mooresville Town Council of the County <br /> of Morgan, Indiana this 2nd day of January, 2007. <br /> MOORESVILLE TOWN COUNCIL <br />
