ORDINANCE NO. J2J7r0 <br /> • <br /> BEFORE THE TOWN COUNCIL OF MOORESVILLE, INDIANA <br /> UPON THE APPLICATION OF: Rick Deckard/Springhill Christian Ministries <br /> AN ORDINANCE REZONING LAND WITHIN <br /> THE JURISDICTION OF THE TOWN OF MOORESVILLE, INDIANA <br /> WHEREAS, a public hearing was held the 10t" day of December, 2009, with notice <br /> given as required by the Town Zoning Ordinance upon the application of Rick <br /> Deckard/Springhill Christian Ministries, for the rezoning of the real property described on <br /> the attached EXHIBIT 'A' (Legal Description) and PUD Plan EXHIBIT `B'. <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Indiana Code 36-7-4 the Mooresville Plan Commission <br />• made a favorable recommendation to the Mooresville Town Council for said rezoning <br /> request from Residential (R-1) to Planned Unit Development Residential (PUD R) with <br /> leasing conditions and restrictions for senior community as outlined in EXHIBIT `C'. <br /> NOW WHEREAS, the Mooresville Town Council, after diligent review of the <br /> matters pertaining to rezoning of the above described land at a public meeting held on the <br /> 5th day of January, 2010 find that the requested zoning classification is appropriate. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED that the zoning classification of PUD-R with the <br /> • Exhibit 'B' leasing conditions and restrictions for senior community shall hereinafter apply <br /> to the above described real property and the Zoning Ordinance of Mooresville, Indiana <br /> • <br />
