ORDINANCE 7 , 2010 <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE 11, 2007 <br /> ESTABLISHING A MONTHLY STORM WATER RATE <br /> FOR THE TOWN OF MOORESVILLE <br /> WHEREAS, the Town Council of the Civil Town of Mooresville <br /> is the Mooresville Storm Water Facilities Board; <br /> WHEREAS, from time to time it becomes necessary to <br /> establish a rate to pay the fees directly associated with the <br /> management of the storm water issues for the Town of Mooresville <br /> and to fund the Storm Water Utility Budget ; <br /> WHEREAS, a storm water fee was established in Ordinance 11 , <br /> 2007 which is now outdated due to the needs of the Storm Water <br /> Utility for the Town of Mooresville ; <br /> BE IT HEREBY ORDAINED by the Town Council of the Civil Town <br /> of Mooresville as follows : <br /> 1 . That Ordinance 11 , 2007 shall be amended pertaining <br /> only to Section 2 which shall now read as follows : <br /> Section 2 . Every customer whose premises are served by <br /> the Mooresville Sanitary Treatment Plant and who is located <br /> Swithin the limits served by the Mooresville Storm Water Utility <br /> Department shall be charged a monthly fee along with their <br /> monthly Waste Water Treatment Plant fees, said fee to be <br /> increased to the amount of Two and 25/100 Dollars ($2 . 25) per <br /> month effective June, 2010 which will, along with the existing <br />
