S EXHIBIT `A' ZONING ORDINANCE LEGAL DESCRIPTION Parcel 613 as shown in the Plat recorded in Book 6, Page 78 in the Office of the recorder of Morgan County, Indiana on June 26, 1997 more particularly described as follows: A part of the West Half of the Northwest Quarter of Section 9, Township 13 North, Range 2 East, Morgan County, Indiana, described as follows: Commencing at a stone, found in place per county records, which marks the southwest corner of the above captioned West Half; thence North 88 degrees 31 minutes 27 seconds East(assumed bearing), with the south line of said West Half and in the county road 392.69 feet to a found iron pin w/cap (for reference on iron pipe was found South 03 degrees 52 minutes 36 seconds West 0.21 feet); thence North 03 degrees 52 minutes 36 seconds East 346.52 feet to an iron pin and the POINT OF BEGINNING of the parcel herein described; thence, continuing North 03 degrees 52 minutes 36 seconds East 267.49 feet to a found iron pin; thence North 88 degrees 31 minutes 27 seconds East 238.72 feet to on iron pin; thence South 01 degrees 28 minutes 33 seconds East 159.80 feet to an iron pin; thence South 25 degrees 46 minutes 59 seconds West 119.83 feet to an iron pin; thence South 88 degrees 31 minutes 27 seconds West 208.79 feet to the Point of Beginning.
