any violator' s vehicle removed by a commercial towing service at <br /> the expense of the owner of the vehicle who shall be responsible <br /> for the cost of removal from the Town parking lot and all other <br /> related charges including storage charges by the commercial <br /> towing service. The vehicle shall be towed to a place of safe <br /> storage and shall not be returned to the owner of said motor <br /> vehicle until such time as the owner pays the reasonable <br /> commercial towing charge and any storage expense . In addition, <br /> the owner shall be responsible for all fines assessed for <br /> violation of this Ordinance as provided in Section 4 . <br /> Section 4 . Violation of this Ordinance, in addition to the <br /> costs set out in Section 3 , shall be punishable by a fine in an <br /> amount of Twenty-Five Dollars ($25 . 00) per violation plus Court <br /> costs . Each day that the vehicle remains in the public parking <br /> lot in violation of this Ordinance shall be considered a new <br /> violation and subject to an additional fine and cost for the <br /> violation. <br /> Section 5 . This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect <br /> after publication and posting of the No Parking Restrictions on <br /> each site. Any Ordinances or parts of Ordinances conflicting <br /> with this Ordinance are hereby specifically repealed in whole or <br /> in part . <br /> This Ordinance approved this 6th day of December, 2011 . <br />
