Minutes <br /> Board of Zoning Appeals <br /> Thursday March 14th, 2013 <br /> Members present: Neal Allman, Mike Young, Alan Kramer and town <br /> attorney Tim Currens. <br /> Chairman Neal Allman called the meeting to order and addressed the first <br /> item on the agenda, a special exception at state road 67 and 144 filed by <br /> attorney Rodric Bray for Mr. and Mrs. Remster. The Board of Zoning <br /> appeals referred the filing to the Plan Commission for its March 2013 <br /> agenda. Attorney Tim Currens stated for clarification that future special <br /> exceptions will automatically be referred to the Plan Commission with no <br /> formal meeting of the BZA required to do so. <br /> Chairman Allman then opened the voting of officers for the 2013. Board of <br /> Zoning Appeals. Mike Young motioned that Neal Allman be the chairman, <br /> Alan Kramer seconded, Neal Allman abstained, vote passed 2-0. Neal <br /> Allman made a motion for Alan Kramer to remain Vice Chairman, Mike <br /> Young seconded and vote passed 2-0. Allan Kramer made a motion that <br /> Mike Young remain Secretary, Neal Allman seconded as Mike Young <br /> abstained, motion carried 2-0. <br /> The board members asked attorney Tim Currens if he knew when a <br /> replacement for Ann Whaley may be appointed and he indicated that he did <br /> not know but that he had relayed the need to the members of the Town <br /> Council. <br /> With no further business, the members voted unanimously to adjourn the <br /> meeting.
