MOORESVILLE PLAN COMMISSION <br /> MINUTES <br /> THURSDAY,FEBRUARY 28, 2013 <br /> The Mooresville Plan Commission met on Thursday, February 28,2013, at 6:00 P. M. at <br /> the Mooresville Government Center. <br /> Plan Commission members present were: Jeff Dieterlen, Perry King, Darrell Brown, <br /> Brian Anderson, Brian Moore, and Bill Colbert. Mike Young and Bev Viles were absent. <br /> Town attorney Tim Currens was present. Jeff Dieterlen chaired the meeting. <br /> A motion was made by Commissioner King with a second by Commissioner Anderson to <br /> approve minutes of January 24, 2013 meeting. Motion carried 6-0. <br /> Attorney Currens presented the amendment to the Redevelopment and Economic <br /> Development Plan. The Plan Commission makes a finding this amendment is in <br /> compliance with the Master Land Use Plan. There were no questions or comments from <br /> the commission. A motion was made by Commissioner Colbert with a second by <br /> Commissioner King to approve the amendment. Motion carried 6-0. <br /> Dennis Nail, Building Inspector, gave his report; eleven permits and twenty two <br /> inspections. He had more inspections but had a computer system malfunction and lost <br /> some data. Some permits received were building at TOA, new building in Flagstaff, and a <br /> building at St. Francis Hospital. <br /> The commission received a letter from a resident in Cedar wood Estates saying a <br /> neighbor had a landscaping business. Dennis and Tim Currens will meet and see if this is <br /> in violation of the ordinance. The recommendation will be at the March meeting. <br /> There being no further business to come before the commission at this time a motion was <br /> made by Commissioner Anderson with a second by Commissioner King to adjourn the <br /> meeting. <br /> The next regular scheduled meeting of the Mooresville"awn - <br /> EST: will a arch <br /> 28, 2013 at 6:00 P.
