shall <br /> <br /> 6. <br /> <br />home. <br /> <br /> This motion <br /> <br />tie-down system as shown in the ordinance at page 36, entitled <br />Mobile Home Foundation Plan. <br /> <br />4. That the mobile home will be permanently skirted with <br />masonry material or commercial skirting designed for that purpose. <br /> <br /> That sanitary facilities approved by the Board of Health <br /> be installed prior to the granting of an occupancy permit. <br /> <br /> Wheels, axles and tongue shall be removed from the mobile <br /> <br /> being seconded and unanimously approved subject <br /> <br />to the restrictions set out, the variance was granted. <br /> <br /> The next petition to come before the board was the petition filed <br />by Emmanual Apostolic Church and its board of trustees located at <br />210 Wheeler Street, Mooresville, Indiana requesting a variance <br />to place a 14 by 70 foot mobile home on said property where the <br />current church building is located. Present were Reverend Bryant <br />and attorney Greg Lauer. Reverend Bryant advised that it was his <br />intent to place his brother-in-law, Tom Bowman, in the mobile home <br />and further that it would be a new mobile home which would be <br />appropriate for the area. He stated that it created a hardship <br />that there was no place on the church property to locate a watchman <br />and that this would allow the church to use the property as needed. <br />The board advised that all set-backs must be met in this type of <br />situation and proceeded to open the discussion up to the floor. <br />There was no one present to state a position for or against said <br /> <br />petition. That being the case, the board proceeded to its findings <br /> <br />of fact. <br /> <br /> The board found that: <br /> <br /> 1. The approval would not be injurious to the public health, <br /> safety and morals and general welfare of the community since this <br /> <br /> --5-- <br /> <br /> <br />
