MINUTES OF THE MOOKESVILLE BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS

The Mooresville Board of Zoning Appeals met at its regularly scheduled meeting
on October 16, 1985 at the Mooresville Town Hall. Present were Board Members Steve
Oschman, Paul Walters, and Tilford Bailey. The Board's Attorney, Timothy C. Currens,
was present. The meeting was called to order by Chairman Oschman and a determination
of a quorum was made. Minutes of the prior meeting were approved. The Board then
acknowledged the receipt of a letter from Paul Walters stating that he was moving
to Hendricks County and would be resigning effective January 1, 1986. The Board
expressed regret at the loss of this member who has served as Chairman for a number
of years and has always been a most valued member of this Board.

The only item of business on the Board was the application filed by Harlan

and Ruth Sterrett. There was no one present either representing the Sterrets nor
any remonstrators and this matter was tabled for the next meeting.

There being no further business to come before the Board upon motion duly

made and seconded the meeting was adjourned.

Secretary

Steve Oschman, Chairman
