He stated that irregardless of what the Plan Commission did or <br />the Board of Zoning Appeals does that Taco Bell would still have to comply with <br />all development standards set out in the ordinance. He also stated that before <br />the building permit could be issued the Building Inspector would have to make <br />sure that all ordinance requirements were met. <br /> <br /> Jeff Dawson from Taco Bell was present and showed the plat which he stated <br />would be the same one used for the Plan Commission. Wendell Thaler had some <br />questions regarding the set backs and Tilford Bailey had a question regarding <br />the use of the rest of the l~nd. Additional questions regarding the location of <br />the land and the VFW property and an additional easement were raised and answered. <br />In particular it was pointed o~t that the Hastens own the 25 foot strip of land <br />between the two properties which splits the VFW from the proposed property Taco <br />Bell is to p~rchase. This right of way easement is subject to the use of the o~er <br />of the property behind the VFW and cannot be sold or developed. A discussiom was <br />had regarding Paul Tmylor's proposed road through said property on the south side <br />of the Taco Bell site. It was brought out that this road was ~ever dedicated to <br />the Town nor approved in any site pla~ or plat. <br /> <br /> Horace Adams had a question regarding the dimensions of the T~co Bel~ property~ <br />He was advised that the property went back 195 feet, leaving mdditiona] local busyness <br />groumd which wo~ld remain with the Hasten brothers if this purchase goes through~ <br />Mr. Dawson explained thst they did not need ali of the property. Mike Habig~ the <br />owner of the property adjacent to Taco Bell had so~e questions regardimg entry into <br />the Taco Bell property and a~so the ~il] which wou~d hsve to b~ added by Taco Bell <br />ne-w~t to his property~ Mr. Dawson informed him that they imtended to ~il~ up to the <br />property and possibly ~ake it even with his p~operty, with his permission, all at <br /> <br /> <br />
