The general area was likewise described and the Board then <br />opened the floor to remonstrators. There being none present, the Board proceeded <br />to discuss the variance request. Wendell Thaler had an inquiry on the lot lines <br />for the respective lots and the Board then proceeded to a discussion regarding <br />findings of facts pursuant to I.C. 36-7-4-918.5, variance from development <br />standards. After a discussion Tilford Bailey stated that criteria of Indiana <br />Code for a variance from development standards, numbered i through 3 were met <br />and moved that the respective variances listed 1 through 4 should be granted. <br />It was seconded by Warren Franklin and unanimously carried by a vote of 4 to 0, <br />with Board Member Don Barry abstaining from any discussion or participation <br />in this matter due to his business relationship with petitioner, Stephen A. Edward~ <br /> <br /> The Board then proceeded to variance number 2-1986 filed by John Lambert, <br />Zoleen Lambert, Bobby and Mildred Stephens and Shirley Walls. Notices were found <br />to be in order and the petitioners, by counsel, Roscoe Stovall, presented a <br />drawing and description of where the mobile home installation would be. The <br />petitioners in particular requested the Board's granting of a variance to install <br />a mobile home in this residential, single family area. Mr. Stovall stated that <br />there were other mobile homes in the area and that the Stephens were purchasing <br />the property in question from the Lamberts along with two adjacent houses. He <br />also stated that a mobile home was in back of one of the homes on which this <br />lot would have the additional mobile home placed. Mr. Stovall also advised that <br />there were 7 or 8 other mobile homes in the general vacinity including down the <br />alley from this location and that in the past 3 mobile homes had been located on <br />this lot at one time. The lot size was given as 100' X 120' and identified as lot <br /> <br /> At this point a question arose as to the legal notice in the paper being <br />correct versus the legal contained in a deed provided by Mr. Lybrook, attorney <br />for the remonstrators. The Board's Attorney, Timothy C. Currens, stated that <br />he would feel more comfortable if notice was republished; however, the <br /> <br /> <br />
