MINUTES OF THE MOORESVILLE BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS

The Mooresville Board of Zoning Appeals met at its regularly scheduled
meeting the 17th day of July, 1985 at Mooresville Town Hall. Present were
Chairman Steve Oschman, Paul Walters, Tilford Bailey, and Warren Franklin.
Present for Board Attorney Timothy C. Currens was Michael A. Ksenak. Chairman
Oschman determined that there was a quorum present and opened the meeting. The
minutes of the prior meeting were approved as read and the Board also approved
the Findings of Fact as prepared.

There being no new business Chairman Oschman moved on to old business.

The first item to consider was the North Point Subdivision Amendment. No
presentation being forthcoming, the Board moved on to the Hosten Bible matter.
Petitioners or their attorney, Sam Korn, failed to appear. The Board determined
that this matter had been continued to today's meeting on petitioner's request.

By unanimous vote, the Board determined that they would give Mr. Korn an opportunity
at the next meeting to explain the failure to appear and take whatever action they
deem appropriate at that time.

Finding no further business to come before the Board the meeting was
adjourned by motion duly and seconded and unanimously carried.

Steve Oschman, Chairman

Warren Franklin, Secretary
