FINDINGS OF FACT OF THE MOORESVILLE BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS RE: Ernest E. and Joyce M. Zielska Property located at 330 West Main Street Mooresville, Indiana This matter came before the Mooresville Board of Zoning Appeals on Wednesday, June 19, 1985, at the regularly scheduled meeting date and time. The petition requested a variance from the use standards of the property described in the attached legal description to the petition. In particular, the request was to allow a 14 foot by 70 foot mobile home and storage shed on the property located at 330 West Main Street, Mooresville, Indiana, in the rear of the property. The Mooresville Board of Zoning Appeals, having heard evidence on the above captioned petition, now makes the following findings of fact pursuant to Indiana Code 36-7-4-914.4: 1. Approval would not be injurious to the public health, safety, morals and general welfare of the community due to the size of the lot involved being far lot larger than many of the adjacent lots in the area which had been subdivided. 2. That the use and value of the area adjacent to the property included in the variance would not be affected in any substantially adverse manner since this property abuts two streets. 3. That this property did not meet the requirement that the strict application of the terms of the zoning ordinance would result in practical difficulties in the use of the property since this property was not distinct or limited by the ordinance. The Mooresville Board of Zoning Appeals furthermakes the following findings of fact pursuant to Indiana Code 36-7-4-918.5:
