Paul Walters then proceeded to make the findings under Indiana Code
36-7-4-918.4, use of variance, and moved to grant the variance with restrictions
that there be no sign, advertising or physical expansion of the structure for
the business. This was seconded by Tilford Bailey and unanimously carried.

The next item to come before the Board was the petition filed by Hostem
Bible under Variance No. 2-1985. Mr. Bible was present by counsel, Sam Korn.
The Board's Attorney reviewed the petition and notices and found the same to
be in order. Mr. Bible was requesting a variance at the property located at
130 N. Indiana Street, in particular a~ variance as to set-back specifications
on the side, rear and front and also a variance as to minimum lot area and for
parking spaces necessary to complete the building of a ten unit apartment building.
The property is currently zoned B-Multi-Family Residential. The Board reviewed
the petition and then requested from Attorney Korn more complete drawings.
Attorney Korn advised that these were not completed in time for the meeting.
Paul Walters then moved that the Board table this until the next meeting to
allow petitioner to provide the Board with better drawings. This was seconded
by Wendell Thaler and unanimously carried. The Board's Attorney advised all
parties present that no new notices would be sent out and that this meeting
would be continued until the May meeting, which would be the third meeting in
May.

There being no new business to come before the Board the meeting was
adjourned.

S~ve Oschman, Chairman

-6-
