MINUTES OF MOORESVILLE BOAI~D OF ZONING APPEALS <br /> <br /> The Mooresville Board of Zoning Appeals met at its regularly scheduled <br />meeting the 20th day of March, 1985 at the Mooresville Town Hall. Present <br />were Chairman, Steve Oschman, Board Members, Tilford Bailey, Warren Franklin <br />and Wendell Thaler. Standing in for Board Attorney, Timothy C. Currens, was <br />Michael A. Ksenak. Chairman Oschman determined that there was a quorum <br />present and opened the meeting. The Minutes of the prior meeting and the <br />findings of fact regarding the R. Alan McConnell property were approved. <br /> <br /> Finding no old business, Chairman Oschman asked for new business. The <br />Board discussed the scheduling of its meetings.
