MINUTES OF MOORESVILLE BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS <br /> <br /> The Mooresville Board of Zoning Appeals met at its regularly scheduled <br />meeting the 16th day of January, 1985 at the Mooresville Town Hall. Present <br />were Chairman, Steve Oschman, Board Members, Tilford Bailey, Warren Franklin, <br />Wendell Thaler and Paul Walters. Chairman Oschman determined that there was <br />a quorum present and opened the meeting. The Minutes of the prior meeting <br />were approved. <br /> <br /> The first item on the agenda was the election of new officers for the up- <br />coming year. Chairman Oschman opened up the meeting for nominations. Warren <br />Franklin nominated Steve Oschman to continue to serve as Chairman, this was <br />seconded by Paul Walters. Warren Franklin moved that the nominations be closed. <br />This was seconded by Paul Walters and unanimously carried. The Board then <br />unanimously voted Steve Oschman as the Chairman for the up-coming year. The next <br />office to come up for election was that of Vice-Chairman. Paul Walters nominated <br />Wendell Thaler, this was seconded by Tilford Bailey. Tilford Bailey moved that <br />nominations be closed and this unanimously carried. The Board then proceeded to <br />unanimously elect Wendell Thaler as the Vice-Chairman. The last office to come up <br />for nomination was Secretary. Tilford Bailey made the nomination for Warren <br />Franklin, this was seconded by Paul Walters. Wendell Thaler moved that nominations <br />be closed and this unanimously carried.
