MOORESVILLE BOi~RD OF ZONING APPEALS MINUTES <br /> WEDNESDAY, JULY 17, 1996 - ?200 P.M. <br /> MOORESVILLE TOWN HALL <br /> <br /> The Mooresville Board of Zoning Appeals met for their <br />regular scheduled meeting on Wednesday, July 17, 1996 at 7:00 <br />p.m. at the Mooresville Town Hall. <br /> <br /> Mooresville Board of Zoning Appeals members present were <br />Alan Kramer, Vern Kimmel, Don Barry, Tom Warthen and Michael <br />Young. Mooresville Board of Zoning Appeals attorney Timothy <br />Currens was also present. <br /> <br /> Motion was made by Tom Warthen to approve the minutes as <br />submitted of the May 15, meeting, second was made by Michael <br />Young. Motion carried 5 - 0. <br /> <br /> Ross Holloway of Holloway & Associates represented <br />Hansen & Horn in their request for a variance on the set back <br />distance on Lot ~36 in Rooker Run Subdivision. Vern Kimmel <br />made the motion to approve the variance and the motion was <br />second by Michael Young. Motion carried 5 - 0. <br /> <br /> Ross Holloway of Holloway & Associates represented <br />Hansen & Horn in their request for a variance on the set back <br />distance on Lot #56 in Rooker Run Subdivision. Don Barry <br />made the motion to approve the variance and the motion was <br />second by Tom Warthen. Motion carried 5 - 0. <br /> <br /> Ross Holloway of Holloway & Associates represented <br />Hansen & Horn in their request for a variance on the set back <br />distance on Lot #88 in Rooker Run Subdivision. Tom Warthen <br />made the motion to approve the variance and the motion was <br />second by Vern Kimmel. Motion carried 5 0. <br /> <br /> Ross Holloway of Holloway & Associates represented the <br />Blairs in their request for a variance on the set back <br />distance on Lot $3 and a variance for the width X depth <br />ratio on Lot #1 in the Blair Minor Plat. Tom Warthen made <br />the motion to approve the variance for Lot #1 with the <br />stipulation that the variance would only apply to the <br />existing structure and any other structures built would have <br />to comply with the original set back requirements of our <br />Ordinances. Motion was second by Don Barry. Motion carried <br />5 - 0. Don Barry made the motion to approve the variance on <br />the width X depth ration on Lot #1 and the motion was second <br />by Tom Warthen. Motion carried 5 - 0. <br /> <br /> <br />
