MOORESVILLE BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS MINUTES <br /> <br /> WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 21, 1992 - 7:00 p.m. <br /> <br /> MOORESVILLE TOWN HALL <br /> <br /> The Mooresville Board of Zoning Appeal~ met for their regular <br />scheduled meeting on Wednesday, October 21, 1992 at 7:00 p.m. at the <br />Mooresville Town Hall. <br /> <br /> Board members present were Charles McGuire, Vern Kimmel, Steve <br />Oschman and Alan Kramer. Also present was the Board's Attorney, <br />Tim Currens. Board member absent was Don Barry. <br /> <br /> Board of Zoning Appeals President, Charles McGuire, pointed out <br />on page 2, parag~aphs'3.~ 7 and 8 in the September minutes should read, <br />"751 Bethel Road", instead of "571 Bethel Road". <br /> <br /> Motion was made <br /> <br />September meeting as <br /> <br />Motion passed 4 - 0. <br /> <br />There being no further business <br />Board of Zoning Appeals at this time, <br /> <br />by Vern Kimmel to accept the minutes of the <br />amended. A second was made by Steve Oschman. <br /> <br />to come before the Mooresville <br />motion to adjourn was made by <br /> <br />Alan Kramer.
