<br />ORDINANCE # <br /> <br />I 2-- z-øP <br /> <br />BEFORE THE TOWN COUNCIL OF MOORESVILLE, INDIANA <br /> <br />UPON THE APPLICATION OF: William Parks. <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE REZONING LAND WITHIN THE <br /> <br />JURISDICTION OF THE TOWN OF MOORESVILLE, INDIANA <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on the 25th day of May, 2000, with notice <br /> <br />given as required by the Town Zoning Ordinance upon the application of William E. <br /> <br />Parks for the rezoning of real property described as follows: <br /> <br />SEE ATTACHED EXHIBIT 'A' - Description <br /> <br />SEE ATTACHED EXHIBIT 'B' - ZONING PLAN <br /> <br />WHEREAS pursuant to Indiana Code 36-7-4 the Mooresville Plan Commission <br /> <br />made favorable recommendation to the Mooresville Town Council for said rezoning <br /> <br />request from Business 2(B-2) district to Plan Unit Development Commercial (pUD-C), <br /> <br />under the current Mooresville Town zoning Ordinance; <br /> <br />Subject to the following: ONLY PROFESSIONAL BUSINESS DISTRICT (B-1) <br /> <br />AND LOCAL BUSINESS DISTRICT (B-2) USES, AS GIVEN IN THE TOWN <br /> <br />OF MOORESVILLE ZONING ORDINANCE, ARE ALLOWED WITHIN THIS <br /> <br />PUD. <br /> <br />NOW WHEREAS, the Mooresville Town Council, after diligent review of the <br /> <br />matter pertaining to rezoning of the above described land at a public Hearing held on the <br /> <br />6th day of June, 2000, find that the requested zoning classification is appropriate. <br />
