M <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NUMBER <br /> <br />?"----- ) '11 <br /> <br />BEFORE THE TOWN COUNCIL OF MOORESVILLE, INDIANA <br /> <br />UPON THE APPLICATION OF: William Weliever and Sons, L.P. <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE REZONING LAND WITHIN <br />THE JURISDICTION OF THE TOWN OF MOORESVILLE, INDIANA <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on March 25, 1999, with notice given as required <br />by the Town Zoning Ordinance upon the application of William Weliever and Sons, L.P., for the <br />rezoning of the real property described as follows: <br /> <br />SEE A TT ACHED EXHIBIT" A" <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Indiana Code 37-7-4 the Mooresville Plan Commission made an <br />favorable recommendation to the Mooresville Town Council for said rezoning from Ag to I-I. <br /> <br />NOW WHEREAS, the Mooresville Town Council, after diligent review of the matters <br />pertaining to rezoning of the above-described land at a public meeting held on April 6, 1999, find <br />that the requested zoning classification is appropriate. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED that the zoning classification of I-I, shall <br />hereinafter apply to the above-described real property and the Zoning Ordinance of Mooresville, <br />Indiana shall be amended to show and reflect said zoning for the real property described above- <br />effective as for execution of this Ordinance, <br /> <br />Dated: ~/f 1?9 <br />/ ' <br /> <br /> <br />Mark athis, Presiden <br />Mooresville Town Council <br /> <br />ATTEST: ~ <br /> <br />~~- ~ <br />andra R.
